Your data is yours. Export it any time, or delete your account entirely — both live in the app.

Export

1. Go to Profile → Privacy → Export my data.
2. We prepare a download and notify you when it's ready.

Delete

Deletion has a 30-day recovery window, then your data is removed. The data-request page covers the full policy, timelines, and what deletion includes.
