You retain ownership of the content you create. However, by submitting content through the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, and make your content available solely for the purpose of operating, improving, securing, promoting, and providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

You own the content you submit or have all necessary rights and permissions to share it.
Your content does not violate any law or regulation.
Your content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
Your content complies with these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, restrict, edit, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Chats and Communications

The App provides communication features including direct messaging and community conversations.

By using these features, you agree to:

Communicate respectfully and responsibly.
Use messaging features only for legitimate purposes.
Refrain from sending spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive messages.

9. Communities

Community creators and members are responsible for maintaining respectful and lawful interactions.

You agree that you will not:

Create communities for unlawful purposes.
Use communities to organize prohibited activities.
Mislead members regarding the purpose of a community.
Circumvent moderation actions.
Abuse administrative privileges within communities.

We reserve the right to remove communities or restrict community functionality when necessary to protect users or maintain platform integrity.

10. Workout Plans, Habits, Recipes, and Shared Content

The App enables users to create and share various types of fitness and lifestyle content.

This may include:

Workout plans
Exercise routines
Healthy habits
Recipes
Progress updates
Shared activities
Educational content

You acknowledge that:

Shared content reflects the views and opinions of its creator.
The App does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of user-created content.
Users remain solely responsible for all content they create or distribute.

Other users access shared content at their own discretion.

11. Connecting with Gyms and Nutritionists

The App allows users to voluntarily connect with participating gyms and nutritionists through approved connection methods.

By establishing a connection, you acknowledge that:

Certain information necessary to provide the requested services may become available to the connected Gym or Nutritionist.
Connected organizations or professionals may manage services associated with your membership or client relationship within the App.
You are responsible for providing accurate connection credentials, including any membership or client identification codes required by the Platform.

You may disconnect from a Gym or Nutritionist where such functionality is available, subject to applicable service requirements and any active contractual obligations between you and the connected provider.

12. QR Check-In Services

Where available, the App may provide QR code functionality for gym attendance or related services.

You agree that:

Your QR code is intended solely for your personal use.
You will not share, transfer, duplicate, or misuse your QR code.
You will not attempt to manipulate attendance records or check-in systems.
You will not use another person's QR code.

Any misuse of QR functionality may result in suspension of related features or termination of your account.

13. Reviews and Ratings

The App allows users to submit reviews and ratings regarding services, businesses, events, or other experiences.

By submitting a review, you agree that:

Your review reflects your genuine personal experience.
Your review is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Your review is not misleading, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful.
You will not submit reviews in exchange for undisclosed compensation or incentives.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Any dispute regarding an offer should first be addressed with the offer provider.

15. Events

Participation in any event is voluntary.

Event organizers are responsible for managing their respective events, including scheduling, modifications, cancellations, and attendance requirements.

The App does not guarantee that any listed event will occur as scheduled.

17. Intellectual Property

The App, including but not limited to its software, design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, icons, text, databases, source code, features, functionality, audiovisual content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
Create derivative works based on the App.
Sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the App.
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Use our trademarks, branding, or logos without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

Misuse Gym Member IDs, Client IDs, QR Codes, or any authentication mechanism.
Upload illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
Disrupt or overload the Platform through excessive requests or abusive behavior.
Interfere with other users' ability to use the Services.
Attempt to bypass subscription limitations or feature restrictions.
Use the App to distribute spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
Encourage, facilitate, or assist any other person in violating these Terms.

Any prohibited activity may result in immediate enforcement action without prior notice.

20. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or rely upon third-party products and services, including but not limited to:

Authentication providers
Cloud infrastructure providers
Payment providers
Analytics services
Push notification services
Mapping services
Storage providers
Customer support platforms

Your use of such third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, functionality, or practices of third-party services.

27. Account Termination

You request deletion of your account.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination.

Content shared by Gyms, Nutritionists, or other users.
Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.
Service interruptions or downtime.
Unauthorized access to your account.
Security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
Third-party services or providers.
Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content.
Decisions you make based on information available through the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

29. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the App, its owners, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, licensors, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the courts having competent jurisdiction under the applicable laws governing these Terms, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

34. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Health Disclaimer, Community Guidelines, and any additional policies or notices expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings relating to the Services.
